Information we use

We use account and contact details, home models and settings, connected-device readings you choose to import, support correspondence, subscription status and limited security and service logs. Stripe processes payment-card details; Recoheat.app receives the resulting customer, subscription and payment status identifiers rather than your full card number.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, provide modelling and monitoring features, connect services you request, administer access and payments, provide support, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We ask for consent where a connection or optional use requires it and use contractual necessity or legitimate interests where appropriate to operate and protect the service.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting, email delivery, Stripe and connections you authorise. Home Assistant credentials remain associated with the integration you approve. Account controls let you export your information and request deletion. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire and is not restored into live use.

Your choices

You can disconnect integrations, export your data and delete your account from the app. You may also ask to access, correct, restrict or object to use of your personal information, or make a complaint to your data-protection authority.
