Terms of service

The service

Recoheat.app provides home modelling, heating-scenario, air-quality and compatible-device tools. Estimates depend on the information, assumptions and readings supplied. The service is a decision-support tool and is not a safety system, an energy certificate or a substitute for professional heating, building or electrical advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it unlawfully. You retain ownership of the home information you provide and give us permission to process it only as needed to provide and protect the service.

Access plans

A verified Free account includes one editable preview saved for 24 hours. Customer access costs £12 per year and supports one owned home. Pro costs £19 per month or £190 per year and supports unlimited homes and professional collaboration features. Eligible purchasers of a physical Recoheat may claim Customer access using the supplied claim code. Enterprise access is agreed separately.

Payments and cancellation

Stripe processes paid subscriptions. Advertised prices include VAT. The checkout displays the total due before you confirm payment. Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from Access and billing in the app; cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the paid period ends unless the checkout or applicable law provides otherwise.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Do not rely on the app for emergency, combustion-safety or life-safety decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Cambridge Digital is responsible only for losses that are a foreseeable result of failing to use reasonable care or breaching these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
